GH - 10 DAYS FROM 5 YEARS

The original was made in 2008, and was for promo of the 2nd version of the webcomic. Since I have put up GH on its own host this month, I figured I should revisit this idea. Does it mean I draw it exactly like I did 5 years ago? No.

I still have the background tone, but it turned out too small for this (since I drew it at 300 DPI as opposed to 72). So I decided to utilize the ornamental logo brush that I redrew, and the tiled patterns for Liam and Charlie. I tried to restrain myself from adding too much detail to the hair (that I didn't do in 2008, lol), and that was pretty successful. The suckiest part about the original illustration that I wanted to avoid was using the right angle to show Charlie's face.

I haven't done any illustrations due to working on Glass Hearts! I'm on chapter 3 now - getting to the halfway point, which is always an exciting and motivating checkpoint to hit.
