GH - Heart-Thumping Run

Here's that second Charlie x Peter picture I promised! I'm going to hold off on the third one and actually work on chapter two of Glass Hearts because…I really should start on inking it. Holy crap.

Yeah. So it should be obvious what I was going for with the composition here. But yeah. I literally don't know what to say other than "holy crap this is one the gayest things I've ever drawn". No, I don't normally use that word like that. I just…I could replace it with "~*fabulous*~", but eh…doesn't get the meaning I want across. Sometimes me ≠ phrasing.

Let's be honest: I've always wanted to draw an illustration with a compositional shape like this. And finally here I am. SO THERE WE GO.

They're in uniforms - at least, Peter's is the official uniform (which he wears), and Charlie...chapter 1 reasons. The dress code in their school isn't super strict in that they HAVE TO WEAR the uniform: if they don't, it has to be those school colors, nothing super informal, etc.

I could go on and on about story-relevant stuff, but NOPE-- There are a few wonky things in this that I realized after finishing coloring that I know of, but I don't feel like fixing. So if you see anything wrong, chances are I am aware of it and planning to learn from those mistakes for the next illustration. *kanye-shrug* This isn't me being like "OH I DON'T LIKE BEING CRITIQUED" - hello I've been through 4 years of thickening my skin from critiques and doing that to other peeps. I see mistakes already and I honestly don't want to hear them repeated from other people. This is a super fun piece and nothing SUPER SERIOUS and IN AN ENVIORNMENT and PERSPECTIVE, so meh. Whatever man. c;
